Graphic designer. Doodler. Photo taker. Idea maker behind Made In _____.
Ever since I could hold a pencil I was scribbling on paper. It started as just that – scribbles, then slowly turned into animals, then scenery, and people. My favorite days were the ones when my dad had friends over. I would hang my latest installments all over the house and set up a donation jar. It was my modern day art gallery, as well as my only source of income at the age of 5.
My passions didn't shift much as I grew older. I attended a design college for product development, but was unfulfilled by the curriculum, so I switched out school for a full-time job as a cut and sew designer at a men's contemporary clothing company.
But eventually it came time for a change...
Since then I've been using the term "freelance graphic designer" as an excuse to take my laptop and find home within the islands of Indonesia, the hustle and bustle of London, and other small corners which are often unseen.
I make logos. I design layouts for books, magazines, advertisements, and so on. I paint on anything I can get my hands on. I draw people with pen and ink. I take photos.
